Job Title: IT Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Pre-Sales Executive to join our client team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a proven track record in IT pre-sales, specifically within the UAE or KSA markets. This role requires the ability to understand client requirements, present tailored IT solutions, crisis management and risk mitigation solutions, and work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT crisis management and risk mitigation solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and solution mapping based on client requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to design customized crisis management solutions.
Provide pre-sales support including RFP/RFI responses, POCs, and pricing strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and technology vendors.
Ensure smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.
Travel to client locations in UAE and KSA as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in IT pre-sales (crisis management and risk mitigation), with a strong background in UAE or KSA markets.
In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of the competitive IT landscape in the Middle East.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
Experience in responding to tenders, RFPs, and creating proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and IT sales tools.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
