Cloud Security Analyst

We are hiring Cloud Security Analyst to join one of our major clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About role

The Cloud Security Analyst – Information Security is a subject matter expert who leads and strengthen our organization’s security posture in the cloud and AI domains. This includes managing security-related projects and enhancements to ensure their successful implementation and integration by leading the planning and design activities, installation, maintenance, and coordination activities to ensure systems security, availability, and an efficient operating environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large IT Security environments
• 5+ years of experience in working with cloud security and governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs) and server virtualization technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI security or related AI/ML fields
• Design, implement, and manage security solutions for cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, OCI & Google Cloud).
• Manage and monitor Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools to detect and mitigate risks.
• Review responses to cyber due diligence questionnaires from vendors to evaluate cybersecurity maturity of their solutions and SaaS platforms. Conduct a risk assessment prior to integrating these solutions into client's IT infrastructure.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and conditional access policies to enforce the least privileged principles.
• Assess risks associated with Generative AI (Gen AI) systems, including adversarial attacks, data privacy concerns, and ethical considerations.
• Automate repetitive security tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Cybersecurity certifications (such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Security Architect and any firewall related certifications are highly desirable)
• Expertise in securing cloud platforms like Azure and OCI, including using native security tools.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
