About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven IT Specialist – Group Level to manage and support the IT infrastructure across all entities within the group. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, security, and system standardization across multiple business units and offices.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, experience in multi-entity environments, and the ability to manage group-wide IT systems efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Group IT Infrastructure Management
· Oversee IT operations across all group entities and offices
· Maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud systems
· Ensure system uptime, reliability, and performance
User & Systems Support
· Provide technical support to employees across all departments
· Manage onboarding/offboarding (email setup, device configuration, access control)
· Maintain hardware and software inventory
Cybersecurity & Compliance
· Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies across the group
· Manage data protection, backups, and disaster recovery plans
· Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regional regulations
Systems & Tools Management
· Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments
· Administer shared platforms (ERP, CRM, HR systems, project management tools)
· Standardize IT systems and processes across all companies
Vendor & Asset Management
· Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
· Negotiate software licenses and service contracts
· Monitor IT budgets at a group level
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· 3–6+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management
· Experience managing IT across multiple entities or branches is a plus
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical teams
Strong knowledge of:
- Networking & firewalls
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Cybersecurity best practices
