We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Purpose-

To ensure provision of security of Group premises and protect the group’s assets, merchandise, stock and staff, ensuring regulations abide with legal security standards.

Responsibility-

Maintaining the provision of security guard services for the Group to maintain safety & security & arranging for their training by Dubai Police (SIRA) to comply with UAE laws and regulations & implements Standing Operating Procedure for smooth security operation.
Support day to day security operations to include guard force management, alarm response, special event management.
Support day to day security operations at the group control room including but not limited to incidents review, reporting, escalation, corrective actions and cash counters breaches.
Assess, evaluate, plan the BOQs, RFQ, RFP, installation, AMCs and DLPs for the security and safety systems/personnel.
Conduct thorough site survey to assess the risk and generate corrective actions report accordingly.
Control and maintain fire alarm system, install surveillance equipment, such as security cameras and intrusion sensors.
Arranges and follow up all types of annual Contracts for all outlets/locations and to follow the maintenance process to meet the Civil Defense Requirements.
Inspects new outlets and submits recommendations related to safety & security needs to avoid any security or safety hazards.

Skills-

Minimum 10 – 15 years of Total work experience (Managerial Level).
Familiarity with Civil Defense (Hassantuk) & SIRA Laws & Regulations.
Bilingual, spoken and written high proficiency (Arabic).
