Document Verification & Compliance
- Verify documents against approved records, databases, and institutional references
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or altered/fraudulent documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE government documentation guidelines and procedures
System & Records Management
- Upload, update, and track documents through internal document management systems
- Maintain accurate records, version control, and document status logs
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection of sensitive records
Technical Skills
- Advanced document editing and proofreading skills
- Strong knowledge of official certificates and government documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word (advanced formatting), Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Experience using document management systems or government portals
