Role Overview:
The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure specific to real estate operations, including property management systems, CRM platforms, and operational tools. The role ensures seamless functioning of systems that support property management, sales, leasing, and facility operations, while implementing secure and efficient IT solutions across the organization.
This role will provide operational and technical support across all company sites, subject to available capacity, including international locations in line with local business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support IT systems, networks, hardware, and software tailored to real estate operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and property management systems (PMS/CRM).
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance with company standards.
- Support real estate applications, including lease management, booking systems, and customer portals.
- Provide technical support to employees and property teams, resolving IT issues promptly.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, system integration, and support of real estate software solutions.
- Assist in IT projects, including property system migrations, network upgrades, and software implementations.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, network configurations, and SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Knowledge of property management systems, real estate CRMs, or ERP platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of networking, Windows/Linux servers, and IT security.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, ITIL) are a plus.
- Experience interfacing with cybersecurity and endpoint security.
- Experience in compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
