About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, the role is supporting the high-level leader of the procurement department with administrative and organizational tasks. The right hand of an executive ensures that they can focus on their strategic responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Always available, mobile, and open to travel
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
- Daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- The ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift or unexpected issues arise.
- Strong knowledge in Administrative work/ travel arrangement /expenses entry /outlook knowledge for calendar management.
