Job Title: IT Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT strategy and oversee all technology-related operations across our business in UAE and Kuwait, including stores. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring robust IT security and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, networks, telephony, and IT security.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems such as ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O), POS (NCR), Loyalty Apps, and employee attendance systems.
- Ensure high standards of cybersecurity and data protection across all business units.
- Manage IT support across multiple locations, including stores in UAE and Kuwait.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI-based solutions and advanced IT applications.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.
- Lead IT related projects, including new business transitions.
- Build and mentor a high performing IT team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT support and management.
- Strong expertise in NCR, POS, Loyalty App development, and other IT systems.
- Proven experience in network and server management.
- Knowledge of AI-based solutions and emerging technologies.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
- Experience in the F&B QSR industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
