We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Delivery Head to join a dynamic industry-leading Cloud & MSP Systems integrator, based in their Dubai office.
The Professional Services Delivery Head will lead the successful execution of cloud transformation projects across a diverse portfolio. This role is responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary delivery team across UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and KSA, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the successful end-to-end delivery of all cloud transformation and modernization projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement standardized delivery frameworks, methodologies (Agile, DevOps, ITIL), and KPIs to track project performance.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project kickoffs.
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of cloud engineers, developers, networking engineers, and security experts.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing workload efficiency while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
- Foster a high-performance culture, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and upskilling within the engineering teams.
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies, architectures, and industry trends to guide technical teams effectively.
- Champion cloud-native, AI, and big data analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration of modern architectures.
- Oversee multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery deployments, ensuring best-in-class infrastructure resilience and security.
- Own the Professional Services P&L, ensuring project profitability and cost efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth through efficient project execution, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align delivery strategies with broader business objectives and market demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or professional services leadership.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (VMware/OpenStack), and network/security architectures.
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional engineering teams across multiple countries.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and enterprise clients.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for large-scale projects.
- Professional certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or DevOps are a plus.
