Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global IT standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Track record of achieving business growth and managing large-scale operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Middle East IT market and familiarity with regional business practices.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar credentials.
