We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant for our client in Dubai, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. This role is remote with the ability to travel to client sites needed (up to 25%).
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to assist clients with API integrations, demonstrating how our solutions can be effectively integrated into their existing systems.
Project Management: Manage implementation projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, empowering them to utilize our solutions effectively and address any questions or concerns.
What We Need from You:
- A technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with API integrations and proficiency in Python programming.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successful client engagement and relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
