Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to meet client needs.
- Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Report and Document: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- 2 -5 years quota carrying sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge and past experience in IT and cyber security services .
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and adept at negotiating and closing deals.
- Ability to analyze client technical needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
