Executive Vice President, Group Head of Information Technology
Job Summary:
Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking an accomplished Group Head of Information Technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer engineering and have over 10 years of experience, and a minimum of 05 years in a similar role within a Financial Institution in the GCC. The Group Head of Information Technology is a strategic executive leader who plays a pivotal role in shaping our company's technological future. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The Group Head of Information Technology will be a visionary, thought leader, and technology evangelist who drives innovation, fosters a culture of excellence, and enhances our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Innovation:
- Develop a forward-looking tech strategy aligned with company goals.
- Drive technological innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
Strategic Planning and Alignment:
- Align tech initiatives with financial and strategic objectives.
- Prioritize projects for maximum business impact.
Product Development:
- Lead innovative financial product development.
- Collaborate for cutting-edge financial solutions.
- Refine products to meet client needs.
Customer Management:
- Oversee relationships and personalized service.
- Optimize customer experiences with technology.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Manage vendor partnerships and contracts.
- Drive cost-efficiency and performance.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Adapt strategies to evolving regulations.
Digital Transformation and Automation:
- Drive digital transformation and automation.
- Implement innovative solutions for efficiency.
Cybersecurity and Data Protection:
- Establish cybersecurity to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with security standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate to optimize software and data tools.
- Streamline departmental processes with technology.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide visionary tech leadership.
- Foster innovation and manage a dynamic team.
Automated Trading and Robo-Advisory:
- Collaborate for automated trading and trading systems.
- Optimize strategies and tech with related departments.
IT Operations Management:
- Oversee IT operations for uninterrupted business.
- Manage infrastructure, support, and network services.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer engineering is mandatory.
- A master's degree (e.g., MBA) or a relevant professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience, and a minimum of 05 years in a similar capacity as a Group Head of Information Technology in a Financial Institution in the GCC.
- Experience with Trade Soft software is a plus.
