Job Summary
As our Head of IT, you will lead the technological vision and manage our IT operations to support both our hospitality and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing IT systems in hospitality and retail, focusing on guest experience, inventory management, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Strategy Development: Create and implement IT strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing customer experience across hospitality and retail platforms.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Cybersecurity: Establish and enforce robust security protocols to protect customer and business data, with proactive threat monitoring and resolution.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the development and optimization of inventory management systems to ensure stock availability and transparency.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights on customer behavior, seasonal trends, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in IT management, with a proven track record in both Hospitality and Retail sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with PMS, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems, along with cybersecurity best practices.
- Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and insights tools to inform business decisions.
