Designation: Presales Lead/Manager
CTC on Offer: AED 5,50,000 per year or $150,000 per annum based on relevant experience and interview performance.
Experience: 9 to 12 years of presales experience, with strong technical sales expertise in the SaaS industry. Experience in UEM or cybersecurity is a plus.
Company Strength: 300+ employees globally
Work Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must be locally based)
Work Days: 5-day work week
Position Overview:
HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting a Presales Lead/Manager for our client. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients, perform needs analyses, provide technical expertise, and deliver product demonstrations to align customer needs with the company’s solutions. This role is crucial for supporting the sales team and driving growth in that region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and align the company’s solutions with customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements, showcasing the product’s benefits.
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the company’s products and their integration with various IT environments.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to enhance sales collateral and presentations.
- Address customer inquiries during the presales process and provide technical expertise during sales engagements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing feedback to the product team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- 9-12 years of presales or technical sales experience, preferably within the Cybersecurity / Infosec SaaS/PaaS industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the UEM or cybersecurity domain is a must have.
