Designation - Senior Account Manager- IT Consulting based UAE
Salary- AED 10,000 to AED 20,000 plus variables

- Based in UAE the Senior Account Manager will play a strategic role in generating & developing business with corporate end customers for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies
- To work closely with customers in enterprise and large verticals focusing UAE ICT Market. Someone who has proven customer relationships into enterprise accounts.
The Role

• Understand customer business challenges and needs. Propose the most effective ICT solutions through consultative selling.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer delight through proactive engagement and facilitating exceptional service. •
Establish and develop relationships with new prospects and existing clients. Continuously nurture relationships to expand sales revenues.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for ICT solutions, products, and services.
• Work collaboratively to generate new revenues and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Demonstrate self-motivation to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Provide timely support, information, and guidance to maintain trust and relationships with clients.
• Meet and Deliver the MBOs and KPIs set by management on a monthly, quarterly basis.
• Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Stay updated with advanced technologies and innovations.
• In collaboration with team, conduct sales workshops for customers in the UAE.
• Develop and deliver accurate regular sales forecasts aligned with business goals and objectives.
The Person
• Should have strong relationships in the End customer/Client Community in UAE.
• Should have experience of handling large enterprise projects, quotes and solutions.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE in ICT Solutions Selling.
• Sound knowledge and experience in understanding customer challenges and proposing best suitable ICT solutions from the given portfolio.
• Candidates with experience of Cybersecurity, Cloud, Virtualization Technologies are preferred the most.
Working experience with and good understanding of – EDR, PaaS, MFA, and Business Continuity is must.
• Academic: Graduate/BE /MBA
Languages: Fluency English is must; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferred Certifications: ISC2/ ISACA/ Microsoft/ Cisco/ Citrix/ Fortigate/ PALOALTO/ Checkpoint
