Cyber Security and IT Analyst

We are in search of a talented professional to join our team as a Cyber Security and IT Analyst. In this capacity, you'll play a pivotal role. This is full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain System architecture diagrams.
• Design Manage our MDM solutions update, maintain IT documentation & EDR policies
• Effective and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including procurement of hardware and software, and training/orientation
•  Lead the technical effort in implementing and maintaining SOC 2 and ISO 27 001 Certifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in change, release, incident, and problem management, aligning with information security management systems (ISMS).
• Manage and optimise our VM ecosystem
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance within Data Protection and Service Desk functions, optimizing resourcing, processes, and policy adherence.
• Cyber Security Tool Management: Manage and optimize the use of a variety of cyber security tools included in the information security management system.
• Definition of infrastructure security procedures: Establish and maintain security procedures for the infrastructure, including system and network best practices.
• Participate in SecOps activities: Improve security posture through continuous monitoring, incident management, and rapid response.

Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) + years’ minimum experience in Information Systems
• You are certified in technology disciplines: AWS, Microsoft, and Azure
• You possess in-depth expertise in managing hybrid cloud environments (On-Premise Data Centers, Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle)
• Understanding of encryption technologies, including symmetric/asymmetric encryption and TLS. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI).
• Knowledge of single sign-on, federated identity, and related protocols, including OKTA.
• Good experience with main clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managed services (Snowflake, Data Bricks) or similar technologies is highly appreciated.
