Ahalia Hospital Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled IT Administrator with substantial experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DOH controls, Malaffi, and ADHICS guidelines. This role demands a proactive professional who can ensure the efficient operation and security of our hospital's IT infrastructure, aligning with the healthcare industry's best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- DOH Compliance: Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with the Department of Health (DOH) controls and standards. and Manage the integration and operation of Malaffi within the hospital's IT systems
- ADHICS Compliance: Maintain ADHICS guidelines to ensure the security and privacy of patient data.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to hospital staff, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
- Data Security: Develop and enforce security policies to protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- System Upgrades: Plan and implement system upgrades and patches to keep the hospital's IT infrastructure up to date.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT administration, cybersecurity, or healthcare IT.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
