Job Summary:
The IT Director will lead the organization’s technology strategy, oversee IT operations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all technological systems. The IT Director will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and their potential impact.
IT Operations and Infrastructure:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services and support.
- Manage IT budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect organizational assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Project Management:
- Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 13+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and compliance standards.
