🚀 We’re Hiring: ICT Manager (Construction Industry)
For one of our clients, we are looking for a highly skilled ICT Manager to lead and drive IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations within a dynamic construction environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, systems)
- Lead and mentor the IT team
- Ensure data security, backup, and compliance standards
- Oversee IT budgets, vendors, and service agreements
- Manage IT support and troubleshooting operations
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Management / Infrastructure / Systems Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, networks, and cybersecurity
- Experience in construction or contractor environment
- Hands-on experience with E-PROMIS (ERP)
- Background in Software Engineering / Applications is a plus
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
