In this role as a Security Threat & Risk Coordinator, you will be responsible in supporting Group's security operations by assisting in the analysis and documentation of security incidents, compiling data for trend analyses, and aiding in the development of case studies and learning materials. The role supports in maintaining up-to-date security risk registers, digitising workflows, and creating dashboards to ensure accurate data management and supporting the team in achieving strategic goals.
In this role, you will;
- Gather, evaluate and analyse data to generate reports that anticipate security threats and safeguard the company's operations and assets.
- Assist in classifying and documenting security incidents, supporting Security Officers in maintaining up-to- date security risk and control registers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source data which support the team in trend analyses, forecasting, and pre-empting security occurrences.
- Support the review and analysis of past security incidents to identify patterns and lessons learned, contributing to the development of detailed case studies and learning materials to enhance team knowledge and improve future security protocols
- Drive the digitising workflows and checklists to automate processes, and create and manage dashboards with accurate data entry.
- Track and analyse key Performance Indicators to monitor and evaluate the project progress and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide in administrative support by assisting in preparing presentations and executive summaries for senior management.
- Record, summarise, and track action points and decisions from management meetings to ensure a documented audit trail and to help measure unit performance
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements.
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- 5+ years of general security experience, preferably in Security, Political science, Risk Management Experience in Aviation Security or Data Analysis and AI
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to comprehend complex information.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured reports that effectively communicate complex security information to various stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Intermediate knowledge of future technologies / AI platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aviation security or risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBi, PowerApps, Power Automate and Excel and experience in data entry and dashboard management.
