Job Duties:

Incident Response:

Support the response to an investigation of security incidents, including analyzing logs and reports to identify breaches.

Security Updates:

Help with the implementation and management of security updates and patches for systems and software.

User Support:

Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting issues related to IT and cybersecurity.

Documentation:

Maintain and update documentation for IT systems, security protocols, and incident reports.

Compliance:

Assist with ensuring that IT systems and practices comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network configurations is crucial.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and security incidents effectively.

Attention to Detail:

Precision in monitoring systems, analyzing logs, and identifying potential security threats.

Knowledge of Security Tools:
