Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development, sales, and marketing efforts across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key organizations across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships with clients in the BFSI, government, and commercial sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Oversee sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and provide insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with both regional and international teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales and business development within the cybersecurity field, focusing on GRC in the UAE and Middle East.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, especially GRC, in the Middle East market.
- Established network and experience working with a multinational cybersecurity organization.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and close high-value deals.
- Extensive knowledge of compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Licensing: Valid UAE driver's license and the ability to travel across the region.
Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
