Job Purpose
The role is responsible for empowering Modon International Real Estate (MIRE) through the strategic use of technology and data, ensuring the seamless execution of technology projects, and optimizing processes to drive productivity and automation.
This position fosters innovation, mitigates technology risks, and enhances collaboration among stakeholders, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role collaborates closely with IT shared service functions, including Cybersecurity, Data & AI, IT Governance, Cloud, and Digital Product Delivery, in addition to working with the MIRE Digital & Technology Team.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties
Strategic Alignment and Planning
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIRE’s goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize Digital & Technology initiatives that align with MIRE’s strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to create a technology roadmap that supports long-term business plans.
Project Management and Implementation
- Oversee the execution of IT projects, including application (e.g., ERP, CRM, Auto Desk Construction Cloud) and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions by managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital & Technology Team and MIRE.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Digital & Technology Team and MIRE.
- Gather feedback and address concerns to improve IT service delivery.
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for technological improvements.
- Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across MIRE.
- Measure and report on the impact of implemented improvements.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to technology.
- Support regular audits and assessments to ensure data security and integrity.
Innovation and Technology Adoption
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in the real estate industry.
- Promote the adoption of innovative IT solutions to enhance business capabilities.
- Evaluate new technologies and assess their potential impact on MIRE.
Collaboration with Shared Service Digital & Technology Functions
- Work closely with Cybersecurity, Data & AI, IT Governance & PMO, Cloud, and Digital Product teams to coordinate MIRE’s technology requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or CBAP, are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3-5 years in a business partner or similar role.
