Role Overview
The Program Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment of the project pipeline with our strategic goals, and enhancing operational performance through detailed analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyse, and interpret portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project performance, KPIs, and risks for senior stakeholders.
Evaluate and enhance project management processes to boost efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
Support cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, operations, and external vendors.
Assist in resource planning, vendor performance tracking, and change control management.
Provide data analytics and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making.
Develop training material and guidance on project tracking and performance analysis tools.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program analysis, PMO, or project controls (aviation/construction preferred)
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
