Position Overview
As CTO & Strategic Investor, you'll lead our technological vision while having significant influence in shaping the company's future. You'll build and lead a global tech team developing our proprietary platforms for talent assessment, recruitment, and business advisory services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's technical vision
- Lead development of AI-driven talent matching platforms
- Design scalable assessment and analytics systems
- Build and manage global remote tech teams
- Oversee cybersecurity and data protection
