Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to lead and expand our cybersecurity services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, a strong network of industry contacts in the UAE. Candidate must have proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition in the UAE and GCC market
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the cybersecurity vertical.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position the company as a leading cybersecurity solutions provider.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets for cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cybersecurity service providers, and industry associations.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and offer customized cybersecurity solutions, including risk assessment, threat mitigation, compliance management, and incident response.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. Must have 2+ years of business development experience in cyber security arena in UAE and GCC region
- Good relationship with potential clients for government , public and private scctor
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and services such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, IAM, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Skills:
- Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
