About the Role - Manage and grow client accounts by identifying and addressing their needs. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of AI-driven solutions, chatbots, contact center technologies, and cybersecurity services. Build strong relationships with clients across the UAE and GCC markets. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to achieve revenue targets.
