Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in managing and implementing CyberArk solutions, including PAM, EPM, and CyberArk Identity, and will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored security solutions to our clients. This position demands technical excellence, a client-focused approach, and the ability to contribute to pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Handle end-to-end CyberArk implementation projects, including configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Product Expertise:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of CyberArk EPM and CyberArk Identity to support client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest CyberArk features and industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their specific requirements and deliver customized CyberArk solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to clients to maximize solution effectiveness.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive security solutions that align with client objectives.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all implementations meet regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory Certifications:
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer for PAM (CDE-PAM).
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer for CPC (CDE-CPC).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and implementing CyberArk solutions.
- Experience with CyberArk EPM and Identity solutions is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of privileged access management and its role in organizational security.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving CyberArk-related technical issues.
- Languages:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Other Qualifications:
- Experience in pre-sales engagements is a plus.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, cloud or identity certifications) are appreciated.
- Relocation:
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
