The role:
We are seeking an experienced New Business Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on driving growth and expanding the market presence of our post-quantum cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling advanced cybersecurity solutions and deep knowledge of the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for post-quantum cybersecurity products, targeting key industries.
- Focus on New Business: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities by targeting untapped markets and building client relationships from the ground up.
- Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the cybersecurity space, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Cold Outreach: Utilize cold calls, emails, and networking to build a sales pipeline from scratch, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle.
- Market Expansion: Identify and engage with potential customers across the UAE, expanding the adoption of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Client Engagement: Lead high-level interactions with C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and technical teams, positioning our products as key security solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite, demonstrating the value and benefits of quantum-resistant encryption and identity solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing new business deals.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with channel partners and system integrators to enhance market reach.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about UAE regulations, such as the Data Protection Law and Post-Quantum Cryptography compliance, ensuring that solutions align with local market needs.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, deal progression, and hitting sales targets with precision.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the cybersecurity sector, with a strong focus on selling complex cybersecurity solutions.
- UAE Market Expertise: Proven experience working in a similar role within the UAE for over 5 years, with a deep understanding of the local cybersecurity landscape and regulatory environment.
- Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography, data security, identity & access management, and secure mobile infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions to address complex security challenges.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling. Ability to apply these methodologies to structure deals, qualify prospects, and ensure value alignment with clients.
- CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce, with the ability to manage and track deals effectively within the CRM system.
