Security Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Security Specialist to manage and enhance our organization’s security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced network security, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and privilege access management. This role focuses on maintaining robust security across various systems, including firewalls, proxy servers, and DLP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Firewall and Network Security:
- Manage and configure Palo Alto Firewalls, including multi-VSYS and Panorama centralized management.
- Deploy and manage Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) solutions for advanced threat protection and network security.
- Implement and troubleshoot firewall rules, policies, and network segmentation for optimal security.
- Web and Email Security:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Symantec Proxy and Symantec Mail Gateway for enhanced web and email protection.
- Monitor and respond to threats and alerts in real time to protect against web-based attacks.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP):
- Manage Forcepoint DLP solutions to monitor, detect, and prevent data exfiltration.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
- Endpoint and Server Security:
- Oversee the CyberEye Endpoint Security and Server Security suite, ensuring all devices are protected and secure.
- Respond to endpoint incidents, conduct investigations, and implement remediation measures.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM):
- Implement and maintain Delinea Privilege Access Management solutions.
- Manage privileged accounts, enforce access controls, and monitor access to sensitive systems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in network security, endpoint protection, or related areas.
- Certifications (Preferred): Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Symantec Certified Specialist, or similar.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto multi-VSYS, Panorama, and network security best practices.
- Proficiency in Symantec Proxy, Symantec Mail Gateway, Forcepoint DLP, and CyberEye Endpoint Security.
- Experience with Delinea Privileged Access Management for secure access control.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents effectively.
