Job Description:
Penetration Testing:
- Coordinate with respective teams and get all the relevant details about the application to start pen testing.
- Knowledge on drafting RFP and Sharing RFP with vendors for the Penetration testing activity
- Evaluate vendor proposals and identify vendor for the Penetration testing activity.
- Create Approval note for the PT activity and get necessary approvals for the same.
- Share the Public IPs of the vendor to the relevant teams for processing Change Request, if applicable.
- Inform Penetration Testing vendor to initiate testing upon deployment of the change (if applicable).
- Coordinate with Vendor and relevant teams in case of access issues.
- Share the Penetration testing report with relevant teams, discuss & agree the findings.
- Track the vulnerabilities identified & agreed for closure.
- Coordinate with respective teams and vendor for retesting the identified vulnerabilities in case of PT
- Discuss & agree the PT schedule for logistic arrangement & feasibility.
- Sharing technical and commercial proposals along with timelines for the Penetration testing RFP.
- Responsible for conducting the Penetration testing activity and sharing the report as per the agreed timelines
- Responsible for providing suitable recommendations for all the identified vulnerabilities.
Minimum Qualification:
- Should have engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent in related domain
- Certification like CISSP, OSCP or CISA are added advantage
- Possess good Project Management skills
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and security best practices.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking/financial sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Information Security function.
- Well versed in infrastructure security and application security specially payment applications.
- Well versed in incident response and computer forensics equipped with computer forensics and fraud investigation experience.
- Good understanding of banking industry, associated risks, emerging technology and compliance standard.
- Well versed in vulnerability management process.
- Knowledge of advance persistence threats.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions on remediation and countermeasures for challenging information security threats.
