RICHMIND Development, a luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and innovative IT Manager to oversee and manage the company’s information technology infrastructure. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, supporting the company’s operations, and leading IT-related projects to enhance business growth.
Responsibilities
*IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and communication systems.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services across the organization.
- Oversee IT support to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
*Cybersecurity:
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
*IT Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and technology migrations.
- Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and ensure cost-effective use of technology resources.
*Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure quality IT services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key IT suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
*Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices within the IT department.
*Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and security incidents to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the real estate developer industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Proven experience in project management and leading IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
