📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: 17K to 20K AED per month
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives
🔹 Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency
🔹 Lead and mentor the IT team and external vendors
🔹 Oversee system installations, configurations, and maintenance
🔹 Implement cybersecurity policies to protect data and networks
🔹 Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality service and cost control
🔹 Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues
🔹 Develop and manage the IT budget effectively
🔹 Lead IT projects (software upgrades, migrations, etc.)
🔹 Ensure data compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws)
🔹 Stay updated on IT innovations and recommend improvements
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✔️ 5+ years of IT management experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and software applications
✔️ Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
✔️ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
✔️ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
