We are currently hiring for a Head of Technology, on behalf of an international Manufacturing business seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Technology to lead their IT function during a critical stage of digital transformation.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented leader to drive the evolution of our IT landscape.
• As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's growth objectives.
• This includes oversight of all IT infrastructure, systems, and services, with a strong emphasis on the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our critical ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
• Oversee the successful implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of a critical ERP system.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
