Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Engineer to work on-site with one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. This role involves helping clients build a comprehensive security roadmap, enhancing their security posture, and representing our MDR service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for our client, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our MDR services.
- Assist the client with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of security solutions, including Microsoft O365, Azure, SIEM, and EDR.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
- Work closely with the client to build a comprehensive security roadmap and strategy.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the client.
- Conduct regular reviews of the client's security posture, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent Coordinates and our MDR services, ensuring the client fully understands and utilizes our offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service enhancements and improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including best practices, FAQs, and support guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to provide expert guidance to the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Customer Success Engineer, Cyber Security Consultant, Cyber Security Engineer, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, SIEM, and EDR solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience building security roadmaps and strategies is a plus.
