Overall IT Support for HQ, includes video conference, cyber security, desk help, procuring, repairs, AMC, fixed asset management, and coordination with the supplier/admins on their IT requirement/ needs, processing all payments of all IT Contract/ purchase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing contracts(new/renew), procurement (supplies, equipment, licenses)
- Managing all payments for IT Contract/Purchase. (Documents, Oracle/Sap, Release cheques), coordinate with accountant/cashier, finance managers on IT payments.
- Daily IT support on hardware, software. (New devices setup, activation, security setup).
- Printers Management, (connection, scan, toners, security, log, maintenance and repairing)
- Conference support; (Meeting Connection, Network Configuration, Projection, LED Display, Zoom and Team Administration)
- New Devices/System deployment, test, and configuration (Attendance, Conference system, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Phone)
- Network Configuration (test & trouble shooting for network problems.) Network policies and Virtual Lan configuring.
- Cyber security: vulnerability scanning & patching, upgrading & configurating servers. Users’. security setup supervision.
- IT Fixed Asset Management (new purchase, transfer, disposal): coordinate with Finance, Project admins. Site IT engineers on identifying, tracking, labeling IT fixed assets.
- Coordination with suppliers. (Mainly on delivery, payments)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
- 3-5 Years of work experience
