Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our e& Cyber Security Strategy & Risk Management department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing security controls, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert guidance to protect our diverse range of services, including 5G, Cloud, AI, and more.
Responsibilities
- Recommend, plan, and design security controls for infrastructure services, following security guidelines.
- Conduct quarterly risk assessments for all services, employing a comprehensive risk management approach.
- Engage with stakeholders and service owners to ensure effective security implementation.
- Provide professional mentorship and support to team members.
- Lead the identification and mitigation of security threats and vulnerabilities across our telecom and IT services.
- Develop and apply a robust risk management framework for projects.
- Perform security gap analysis and document remediation plans.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and their security implications, such as IoT, SDN, and Blockchain.
- Manage security vendors and ensure their alignment with our security standards.
- Create and maintain security guidelines for critical services like Mobile, IoT, and Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cyber Security.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Cyber Security field.
- In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies and their security requirements.
- Strong understanding of core telecom and infrastructure networks, including 5G, 4G, Cloud, etc.
- Hands-on experience in developing policies and guidelines for telecom and IT services.
- Knowledge of telecom and IT standards (ITU, ETSI, ISO, etc.) and security products.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (GRC, UTM, IPS/IDS, etc.)
- Excellent project management, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.) are preferred.
- Experience in a Telecom environment is an advantage.
