Role Title: Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across cloud, data, and digital transformation programs. The role is responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management — from planning and execution to governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful project closure — ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with organizational standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Initiation
- Develop comprehensive project charters, business cases, scope documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct impact assessments, resource planning, and stakeholder mapping.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
- Execution & Delivery
- Drive project execution across cloud, data, and digital teams ensuring clarity on roles, deliverables, and timelines.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, PWA, Jira, or equivalent platforms to manage tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Manage vendor relationships including contracts, SLAs, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to maintain delivery momentum.
- Monitoring & Controlling
- Maintain detailed RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, budget utilization, resource allocation, and overall project health.
- Escalate critical risks and blockers in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, enterprise architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular project updates to leadership teams, steering committees, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design reviews.
- Support organizational change management through training coordination, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
- Project Closure
- Ensure successful completion of deliverables including user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and operational handover.
- Coordinate transition to operations and support teams.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of overall experience managing technology projects.
- Minimum 5+ years leading projects focused on cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering:
- Azure or AWS cloud migrations
- Enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions
- System integrations
- Digital platforms and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity fundamentals, and IT infrastructure environments.
Certifications (Highly Desirable)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Agile / Scrum Master certification
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
