The Job

Leading Project team to achieve project objectives effectively.
Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
Monitoring project progress and performance.
Liaises with, and updates progress to, Client and G4S senior management.
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Supervise the team; resolve day-to-day issues of the project and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Investigate incidents and report to Client representatives.
Ensure all guards are trained as per site instruction and maintain appropriate records.
Oversee HSE responsibility of the project.
Daily administrative functions.
Update, compile post and site instructions.
Ensure all correspondence with customers are dealt with in a professional manner in line with G4S policy.
Adherence to HSE and Quality Management System procedures and its performance

Core Competencies:

Selection Criteria:

Minimum of Higher Secondary Education from a reputable educational institution
Minimum of 5 years security experience from a private security services, military, or police.
Must possess a SIRA Security Supervisor license.
A valid UAE Driving license is a must.
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Excellent customer service skills
