We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the digital and technology transformation of a fast-growing retail organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep retail tech expertise, a strong innovation mindset, and the ability to build scalable systems that enhance customer experience and operational performance across both online and offline channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy, aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Lead digital transformation across stores, e-commerce, mobile apps, POS, ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems.
- Drive omnichannel integration to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
- Oversee data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI/automation initiatives to improve forecasting, inventory, and personalization.
- Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Manage technology budgets, vendors, cloud partners, and major system implementations.
- Champion innovation through new retail technologies (RFID, digital payments, self-checkout, in-store tech, automation).
🔹 Requirements
- 12–18+ years of technology leadership experience, including senior roles within retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel organizations.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience with retail systems: POS, ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), CRM, OMS, inventory and supply chain solutions.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, data platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
