The Head of IT will lead the company’s technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems that support real estate development, construction operations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to drive technology-enabled growth and efficiency.
- Lead and develop the IT team; promote a high-performance culture.
Technology & Systems Management
- Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, project management tools, cloud systems).
- Standardize IT processes and governance across the organization.
- Manage infrastructure, networks, data centers, and cloud environments.
Cybersecurity & Risk
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies and controls.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, data protection, and business continuity.
Data & Analytics
- Oversee data governance, integration, and reporting frameworks.
- Promote usage of analytics and BI tools to support decision-making.
Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and investment planning.
- Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 15+ years of post-qualification experience in MNCs or large multi-country organizations.
- 5+ years as Head of IT in a 200–400 employee company.
- 5+ years working with Senior Leadership on technology strategy.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in system design, implementation, data analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset.
