Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support professional, located in Abu Dhabi. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering help desk support to end-users. Day-to-day tasks include managing desktop computers, maintaining the information technology infrastructure, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Help Desk Support skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
