Apricot Capital DIFC Limited is seeking a skilled Compliance/MLRO Accountant to join our finance team in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Client Due Diligence and KYC (CDD & EDD)
- Prepare Compliance and AML reports
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on compliance matters.
- Develop and implement a Compliance Monitoring Program
- Conduct compliance monitoring and risk assessments as per the DFSA regulations.
- Remain informed about evolving DIFC regulations and industry best practices.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience at DFSA Cat3 licensed firms.
- Strong understanding of DFSA and DIFC laws & regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset.
