Compliance Officer

Apricot Capital DIFC Limited is seeking a skilled Compliance/MLRO Accountant to join our finance team in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Client Due Diligence and KYC (CDD & EDD)
• Prepare Compliance and AML reports
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on compliance matters.
• Develop and implement a Compliance Monitoring Program
• Conduct compliance monitoring and risk assessments as per the DFSA regulations.
• Remain informed about evolving DIFC regulations and industry best practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at DFSA Cat3 licensed firms.
• Strong understanding of DFSA and DIFC laws & regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset.
