IT Manager

Drs. Nicolas & Asp is using Startly to hire and looking for an experienced IT Manager.

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee all technology-related activities in the clinic, ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT systems. This includes managing hardware and software, supporting clinical technologies, and ensuring data privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage IT support services, providing guidance and solutions to technical issues.
• Oversee system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with internal policies.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitor and maintain network and data security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and data backup systems.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets and forecast future technology needs.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in an IT management or systems administration role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in managing IT projects and leading IT teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
