As our Technology Solutions Manager, you will be in charge of the solution development and services sales & integration of large engagements and solutions directly to clients. In this role, you will own the definition of the services solutions, accountable for the overall success of the engagement.
Other responsibilities:
- Drive and support the acquisition of Cloud, Data, and AI projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead the ongoing identification, development, qualification, and technical assessment of business opportunities with key accounts managers
- Collaborate with our key vendors and partners to create and deliver tailored solutions that meets the client's technical and business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of methodology/framework/best practices, supporting implementation of best practices and knowledge transfer
- Be accountable for the solution delivery as per the agreed scope,,time-frame and budget
Your Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience as in solution selling and leading the end to end sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Strong technical background in two or more of the following areas: Cloud, Cyber security, Software Asset Management, Data&AI.
- Presales experience and ability to identify functional and non-functional requirements
- Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business strategy, financial metrics and markets
- Solution-oriented and ability to understand the customer's high level business and technology needs
- proven experience working with and develop strong and long-term relationships with C-Suite level and key stakeholders within a client organization
