Information Assurance Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Information Assurance Expert to join our cybersecurity team and will be reporting directly to the Information and Cybersecurity Director. The candidate should be a strong communicator, and adept at working with various portfolio companies/industries. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, including Operational Technology (OT) security and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage information assurance initiatives across multiple portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with the risk and resilience team to develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance on OT security and AI-related cybersecurity measures.
• Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices within the organization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and technical teams.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on information assurance.
• Proven experience working with OT security and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of risk management and resilience practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
