Job Description
We are a fast-growing international company with operations across six countries. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager / Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, security, and corporate tools.
In this role, you will oversee all IT operations, ensuring security, efficiency, and seamless automation across various platforms. You will deploy and manage VPN, enhance security with Google Workspace, and lead Zero Trust security initiatives. Additionally, you will support and optimize our Google, Asana, and Slack integrations to improve workflows for employees.
This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, security knowledge, problem-solving skills, and automation capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
Security Management:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain OpenVPN for secure remote access across the organization.
- Integrate OpenVPN with Google Workspace SAML SSO, ensuring multi-factor authentication and secure access.
- Implement Zero Trust security policies, ensuring only verified users and devices can access company resources.
- Configure and enforce security policies using Google Endpoint Management to secure corporate devices.
- Manage Context-Aware Access (CAA) to restrict Google services based on device and location compliance.
- Monitor VPN access logs, detect unauthorized access attempts, and respond to security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards.
Corporate Tools & Software:
- Oversee, integrate, and automate workflows between Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and other tools to enhance team productivity.
- Maintain and optimize Google Workspace administration, ensuring secure access, efficient usage, and compliance.
- Automate security monitoring and reporting for remote access policies and IT operations.
- Research and propose new technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and security across the organization.
End-User IT Support & Device Management
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Offer training and guidance to employees on IT security, best practices, and self-service troubleshooting.
- Manage IT onboarding/offboarding—set up accounts, access controls, and configure devices for new employees.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper procurement and deployment.
Website Management
- Maintain company websites (WordPress with Elementor), ensuring security, performance, and regular updates.
- Work with design and marketing teams to ensure website functionality aligns with business goals.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Stay updated on emerging IT and cybersecurity trends, implementing best practices proactively.
- Improve IT documentation, including network configurations, security policies, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security and IT best practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, network administration, or system administration.
- Proven experience deploying and managing OpenVPN, configuring SAML SSO, and enforcing MFA security policies.
- Experience managing Google Endpoint Management for securing corporate mobile and desktop devices.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace security settings, including SAML SSO, MFA, and Context-Aware Access (CAA).
- Hands-on experience with network security protocols, firewalls, and VPN encryption (AES-256, TLS/SSL).
- Prior experience in a fast-growing company or managing IT operations for international teams is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in OpenVPN deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and security policies.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and automation tools for workflows and integrations.
- Ability to configure Google Endpoint Management and security policies to protect corporate devices.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Security Architecture (ZTA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress (Elementor) for website updates.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Google Chronicle, etc.) for VPN security monitoring is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
- Experience implementing Zero Trust frameworks and network security strategies.
