Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and lead critical security initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing enterprise security solutions, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero Trust security architecture, vulnerability management, and IT service management.
Core Responsibilities
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Lead and manage the ARCON PAM solution implementation and maintenance.
- Design and implement privileged access policies aligned with security best practices.
- Monitor privileged session activities and conduct regular access reviews.
- Optimize PAM processes for enhanced security and efficiency.
Zero Trust Security Architecture
- Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) platform including policy creation and modification.
- Configure and maintain Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), ensuring secure application access.
- Troubleshoot access issues and provide timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ZIA/ZPA configurations and processes.
Vulnerability Management
- Deploy and maintain Qualys agents across the enterprise environment.
- Create and customise security dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
- Lead vulnerability assessment initiatives and track remediation progress
- Manage patch management processes for cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Analyze vulnerability trends and provide recommendations for security improvements.
Service Management
- Handle and prioritise cybersecurity tickets in ServiceNow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain SLA compliance for incident response and request fulfilment.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on enterprise security solutions
- Proven experience with ARCON PAM or similar PAM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Zscaler products (ZIA/ZPA) and zero trust architecture
- Extensive experience with vulnerability management tools, preferably Qualys
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Technical Skills
- Advanced understanding of identity and access management principles
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with cloud security architecture and implementations
- Proficiency in security automation and scripting
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
- Experience with security incident response and handling
Required Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification
- Relevant platform certifications (Zscaler, Qualys) preferred.
